The Preparation The Ceremony The Celebration
The Pivot: From Native Fields to Indoor Elegance
There is something undeniably magnetic about a Texas summer wedding. When Jessica and James began planning their celebration at the River Road Venue in Anna, they were drawn to the rustic charm of the venue and the lush native plants that make this pocket of North Texas so unique. But as any DFW bride knows, a summer wedding comes with one major guest: the heat. Originally, the vision included an outdoor ceremony surrounded by the venue’s stunning greenery. However, with the temperatures climbing, Jessica & James made the call to move the ceremony into River Road’s indoor chapel. The new chapel provided a clean, architectural backdrop that felt incredibly sophisticated. The chatter of the morning transitioned into a serene air conditioned sanctuary where the focus remained on the heartfelt exchange of vows.
